Sex & Nudity

  • Like in any GTA IV-based game, you can visit strip clubs and pick up prostitutes.
  • The Lost and Damned is controversial due to a cutscene, in which a man is seen fully naked. Buttocks, pubic hair and penis are all visible for a few seconds.
  • The bike gang clubhouse has a pole dance area where scantly clad dancers are seen from time to time.

Violence & Gore

  • The violence during gameplay is more or less the same as the regular GTA IV.
  • In one cutscene, two men torture a man by forcing his face against the spinning wheel of a bike, resulting in a spray of blood. Another man then hits the man in the face with a lump hammer, breaking his jaw and nose with a small spray of blood and his bloody mouth is shown briefly.
  • In one mission, a cannibalistic prisoner takes a guard and bites him in the neck. Little blood shown.
  • In one cutscene, a man's throat is cut with a box cutter, which is quite graphic.

Profanity

  • Hundreds of uses of Fuck. And also uses of Shit, Cunt, bitch, god damn, prick, cocksucker, etc.

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

  • One character is a meth addict.
  • Several characters do drugs (pot, cocaine, heroin) on screen.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • Strong brutal violence throughout the game.
  • The violence can be very graphic.
  • Grand Theft Auto IV: The Lost and Damned is gritty crime drama about Johnny Klebiz who is a veteran member of The Lost, a notorious biker gang and finds himself in the middle of a vicious turf war with rival gangs for control of a city torn apart by violence and corruption.
  • Of all the Grand Theft Auto games, this's most probably the toughest game in the series. It doesn't hold back in nudity, violence or drug use in anyway.
