Storyline
Did you know
- TriviaParamount green-lit two sequels to this film before it even opened, because regardless of how well it would do at the box office or with critics, all film rights to the Terminator series would revert back to James Cameron in 2019. However, both sequels were canceled after the film's critical and commercial failure, paving the way for Cameron to produce Terminator: Dark Fate (2019).
- Goofs(at around 1h 27 mins) Heavy vehicles, such as school buses use air brake systems. When a loss of pressure is experienced in the system, such as when John destroys the air tanks, the brakes auto-apply. The bus would therefore come to an immediate halt, not continue on with "no brakes" as is seen in the movie.
- Crazy creditsThere is an extra scene during the credits.
- ConnectionsEdited into The Green Fog (2017)

Much better than I expected.
I was told multiple times that it was awful, boring, unwatchable, so foolishly I didn't.
However, I thought I'd give it a try, and I really liked it. Of course it's flawed, of course it's outrageous and over the top, but the good heavily outweighs the bad, it made me feel incredibly nostalgic, plenty of references and heads up to the first two films.
It was a huge gamble to bring Arnie back, I think he's brilliant here, I've never been a huge lover of him as an actor, but in this role he is iconic. He's great. Great to see Matt Smith.
Massive special effects, it's all guns blazing. It is perhaps a little too long.
Totally enjoyed it, 7/10.
