- A nude man's buttocks are seen in close up for an extended period as a woman, the female protagonist, pulls leeches off his buttocks. He then faces her, and she reacts and makes fun of seeing his genitals, implying they are small. No genitals visible in scene.
- Sandra Bullock's outfit shows a lot of cleavage and she is wearing it for the majority of the movie.
- Da'Vine Joy Randolph's character shows a lot of cleavage from the outfits she wears
- Multiple innuendo throughout.
Violence & Gore

- Mostly lighthearted action violence, with punches, kicks, and knocking people out with hard objects, and one man falls to his death, and two bikers falling off a cliff.
- A man gets shot early on, blood everywhere. Very minor.
