Warning: Spoilers
The thriller elements were ramped up for the second episode. Not before time.

Vivien did not have Colin Jordan fooled and he was on to her from very early on

He had persuaded some sympathetic policeman to pick up her uncle.

Both Vivien and boyfriend Jack find themselves in danger.

There were several parallels to modern times. How easy it is for people to sleepwalk into fascism. You just need to blow the appropriate dog whistles.

Warning: Spoilers
When Vivien boards the flight to Tel Aviv she presents a passport, originally Roza's, issued by the Deutsche Reich, which is accepted. That passport would have been invalid since 1949!

I was blown away by this.

Time is running out for Vivien, she has a plan, but her cover may not be as strong as she thought.

It has been a terrific series I would argue, they have manahed to bring to life a truly remarkable, unpalatable, and pretty frightening story to life.

This final episode has it all, they have of course made a few changes and embellished for dramatic effect, but it's purposeful, it gives you a little idea of how things could have gone had the right wing managed to dupe the mainstream.

I loved the ending, it brought a year to my eye. Terrific acting once again, Agnes O'Casey, Rory Kinnear and Sam Spiro were all great.

It got the ending it deserved, 9/10.
