- After being shot, Judith wakes up in the hospital. She asks Daryl what's going on, and starts to think she's there because she's going to die. She keeps telling Daryl "It feels like I'm gonna die!" through sobs. Very emotional.
- At the beginning, walkers try to break in to a hospital. Judith is laying on a bed near a door, as a zombie breaks in. She gets out of the bed and struggles to close the door due to her wounds. She eventually blocks the door and then falls on the ground unconscious.
