It doesn't take a genius to see that this new documentary on the "Friday the 13th" franchise is simply a marketing ploy to advertise the new remake. For fans of the series who are expecting some previously unexplored topics pertaining to certain fundamentals or questions you may have, you may be disappointed. Nothing you haven't already learned is touched on... Yes, we know how the arrow-through-the-neck effects were accomplished and, yes, we know Kane Hodder thinks he got snubbed on "Freddy vs. Jason". That being said, I have to say that it was still entertaining to watch and most of the essential, go-nowhere actors and directors of past F13 movies are interviewed - even the fat, banana squeezing hitch-hiker from "part 4"! God, they really turned over a few rocks to find some of these people! So, basically it's just people reminiscing over the 12 films that comprise the legendary series which isn't necessary viewing for Voorhees fans, but it ain't a bad time killer...
