During Marshall's presentation at the bar, he mentions Barney's 16 years of sexual activity. In The Yips (2007) Barney mentions losing his virginity at age 23 to Rhonda. This would make Ted 31 while Barney is 39, much older than he is portrayed.
When Ted remembers the time they made an intervention about Marshal's graphs, he refers that if happened when Marshal started to work for Goliath National Bank but at that time Ted wasn't yet a independent architect as it was shown. Also, Lily didn't appear in the intervention.
When Ted brings back the charts to Marshall for his meeting, the chart that's first shown on the easel is the one about the friends' interest in Marshall's charts. It's not very likely that that's the one he needs for his meeting.
Lily is still gone after having been told a disgusting joke by Barney. When they flashback to Marshal's chart intervention scene, which must have taken place quite a while earlier, Lily is not in this scene, even though she wouldn't have been mad at them at this time.
When showing Marshall's chart of President's names in order of how dirty they sound, he reads the top four. He does not read number 5, which is "Filmore." Filmore is misspelled: 13th President Millard Fillmore spelled his last name with two "l"s.
Barney said to Ted before, "Ted, don't be crass. I would never demean the women I've slept with by putting their names on some tawdry list." Yet in this episode he has 199 women's names on a list.
