- Harley crashes Ivy's wedding to stop Gordon and his officers from interrupting the nuptials.
- Harlye breaks out of Arkham, after Two-Face sets Gordon up to interrupt Ivy and Kiteman's wedding. Two-Face then tips Harley off in return for letting him escape with her. Now Harley must stop Gordon without everyone thinking that she's just jealous.—Gislef
- At Gotham Town Hall, a crowd gathers as the new mayor presents Superman, Batman, and Wonder Woman with the keys to the city. Also present are Space Cabbie, Tommy Tomorrow, Vibe, and Gordon. Gordon tells TV reporter Tawny that he was in Gotham the entire time saving lives. The mayor finally honors himself, rather than Gordon, and Gordon is less than thrilled and rants at the TV camera.
At Arkham, the guard checks on the imprisoned Psycho, Riddler, and Harley. The guard is surprised to see Harley there, saying she isn't supposed to be there, and the guard offers her a fruit cup in return for conversation.
Kiteman flies Ivy and asks why she did it, and Ivy tells him that she messed up and doesn't have a better answer. She insists that she loves Kiteman and her involvement with Harley was a mistake that the promises will never happen again. Kiteman tells her to tell him if she doesn't want to marry him, and Ivy insists that she wants to marry him. She has him fly to the old Gotham Corn Factory and tells him that she got it at their wedding venue. Ivy had Frank eat Condiment King and his fiancé so he couldn't have his wedding there. but doesn't tell Kiteman the specifics. Mr. Covington comes over to congratulate them, and Kiteman is thrilled that Ivy risked her life to get Condiment King to give up the venue. He says that he's overwhelmed, and Ivy tells him to take his time deciding.
Gordon transports Two-Face back to Arkham, and the villain realizes that the mayor didn't give Gordon a city key. As Gordon locks him, up, Two-Face tells him that Gordon wants to be the mayor, not the one who gets a key, and suggests he run for the office. Gordon insists that's not why he went into public service, but Two-Face offers to run Gordon' mayoral campaign. Gordon refuses but asks if it's doable and proposes a hypothetical involving it. Two-Face suggests that Gordon do something big like arresting all the criminals going to Ivy and Kiteman's wedding on Saturday. Gordon takes the wedding list from Two-Face and sheds a tear of joy.
A disguised Shark, Clayface, and Frank visit Harley and they tell her that Ivy still wants Harley at her wedding. Harley figures that she's just be a distraction and she'd fuck it up, but her crew insist that everyone wants her there. Their leader still refuses to go, and Shark says that he'll save her a seat.
Later in the mess hall, Two-Face joins Harley who is sitting alone. He tells her that he'll tell who plans to ruin the wedding if Harley breaks him out. She finally agrees, and as they escape, Two-Face tells Harley that Gordon is going to arrest everyone at the wedding.
Gordon brings all of his men into the station and tells them that they're going to the wedding. The officers figure that it's Batman's problem, but Gordon convince them to help him by assuring them they'll get the credit instead of the superheroes.
On the day of the wedding, the police sneak into the corn factory. Gordon punches out the arriving priest and takes his place, and the officers knock out the catering staff and take their places. Gordon tasers Frank unconscious as Frank hits on a floral bouquet.
A tuxedoed Shark and Clayface attend the wedding with the other supervillains. Clayface is nervous about singing at the reception, and hopes to impress Tim Burton, who is with Catwoman. Harley comes in and joins Shark and Clayface, and she spots the disguised Gordon. Before she can attack him, the wedding planner takes her off to get her into a bridesmaid dress. Jennifer, Nora, and Catwoman are there, and Jennifer complains that Harley wasn't at the rehearsal so she won't know how to walk. Harley insists that she's only there to support Ivy, and they agree and shove her into Catwoman's discarded dress.
Harley slips out to look for Gordon, and bumps into Kiteman. She wishes him a happy wedding, and Kiteman admits that he has a lot of emotions at the moment but none of them are happy. The designer takes her out for another photoshoot with the other bridesmaids and Harley spots Gordon. She charges at him, and punches Covington by mistake, since Covington is with Gordon.
Ivy comes out and sees Harley standing over the unconscious Covington, and drags her inside. Gordon calls in Tawny to come to the wedding and record the "heroic" event that will happen. Meanwhile, Ivy accuses Harley of ruining her wedding. Harley insists that she isn't, and Ivy says that she just needs the day to go smoothly for Kiteman. She says that Kiteman didn't want Harley there and Harley is shocked, and half-heartedly says that she's subscribing to the patriarchal notion that the wedding will be the best day of her life. Ivy admits that she's nervous and scared about the future, but she doesn't have time to think about it because Harley is cold-cocking her vendors. She figures that what she wants with Harley fucks up what she has with Kiteman, and Harley tells her what Gordon has planned. Ivy figures that she sounds crazy, and figures that Harley is looking for any reason to disrupt her life with Kiteman. She tells Harley that she doesn't want her to be there, and Harley breaks into tears and walks off.
As Harley leaves, Clayface spots her and asks if she's going. Harley admits that she just looks stupid and desperate in front of anyone, like usual, and Clayface tells her that no one is paying attention to anyone except Ivy. Harley figures that she doesn't fit in Ivy's new life and walks out, after pick a flower from one of the reception tables, and realizes that it's plastic.
Everyone gathers in the chapel and Kiteman recites his vows, including how they'll have a ranch home and four kids. He spots Harley sneak in the back, and Jennifer spots Harley as well and goes to confront her. Harley tells her that she's saving her best friend, and Ivy says that she hasn't considered their future that Kiteman just described.
Ivy tries to recite her vows, while Harley tells Jennifer to let her through. Jennifer punches Harley and Harley spots one of the disguised policemen. She wonders why a caterer is at the wedding and attacks him, pulls open his shirt, and reveals his uniform beneath. Gordon says that they're all under arrest as Tawny arrives with camera crew, and the officers come in with them, guns drawn. The commissioner tries to rip off his disguise but realizes that he used too much glue, and Kiteman breaks into tears.
Ivy discovers that all of the flowers have been replaced with plastic ones and she can't control them. The officers put on gas masks and set off the gas bombs in the flowers, and Harley takes out one of the officers. Catwoman takes Burton out, and Clayface tries to get Burton's attention by breaking into song. He collapses from the gas, as do Ivy and Kiteman as well as the other guests. Gordon handcuffs Kiteman and Ivy, and Harley attacks him after putting on the gas mask she took from the officer she knocked out.
Harley takes Gor4don' missile launcher and blows a hole in the ceiling, releasing the gas. The villains wake up and Gordon tells Tawny to run, then runs out. Tawny express her disgust and leave with her camera crew, and fighting breaks out between the villains and the remaining officers. Clayface breaks out into his area, and Burton watches in awe until Catwoman escorts him away. Harley carries Ivy and Kiteman out, and Ivy wakes up and tells Harley that she's glad Harley didn't leave when she told her to. Kiteman wakes up and hears her, and Harley says that she just wants them to be happy.
Kiteman says that she's too late, and Harley offers to marry them because she's an ordained minister. Ivy wants to do it, but Kiteman refuses. He says that he's not redoing their wedding after having to redo everything else in his relationship with Ivy. Kiteman figures Ivy doesn't want to marry him because he knew during the vows that her heart wasn't in it. He tells Ivy that he's not the person for her and he deserves the best, and flies off.
Gordon and his officers open fire on Ivy and Harley, and they take cover. The two women jump into a nearby car and Harley drives off, and Gordon pursues them in a squad car. The other officers give chase and they all drive through the parking lot, and Harley tells Ivy that Kiteman will come around. Ivy says that she won't and figures that Kiteman was right, and she's been denying parts of herself for a long time. It was easier for her to go along with it, but now she's realized she hurt a lot of people delaying the inevitable.
Ivy tells Harley that she showed her the Harley she always wanted to see, and figures that since Harley is trying to grow and actually doing it, and for Ivy, that's what matters. Harley says that she loves Ivy, and Ivy says that she loves her. As they start to kiss, Harley drives into the chapel by mistake and plunge out the stained glass window, then kiss as Clayface finishes his aria.
