While Angela Petrelli is in a nonresponsive state the medical professionals who tended to her would have closed her eyes, as she is unable to blink them herself. Left open without blinking the eyes would begin to dehydrate within minutes.
Dr. Suresh uses the line "...last total annular eclipse." This is incorrect. An annular eclipse happens when moon is farther away and the edges of the sun can be seen all around the moon. A total eclipse happens when the apparent size of the sun and moon are the same and only the sun's corona is visible. A partial eclipse happens when only part of the moon passes the disk of the sun.
