Seeing those flash backs as well as so many familiar names in the casts listed as "archive footage" reminds you how many great characters had left this show and yet it is still so awesome. It made me really want to watch all over again from the very beginning. And finally, Meredith and Amelia got it even with the doctor who "killed" Derek, but killing him seemed a bit of "overkill". :-p
So unexpected

Megan Marinis - the woman behind the writing of this episode - should write every episode of Grey's. She's responsible for quite a few of the highest rated Grey's Anatomy episodes after the first few seasons, and this is no exception. Brilliantly acted, twists and turns galore, and some archive footage thrown in for good measure. Bravo, Megan.
Fantastic .....EPIC!!!!

It's been a while since Grey's Anatomy has made me cry. I don't know if it's because I've missed Derek so much (personally, he's always reminded me of my brother) but I felt every line, word, look on every character's face in this episode. This gives me hope for future seasons, just one episode like this reminds me why I love this show so much, 11/10. Although, Miranda Bailey has become a character I don't find myself liking so much anymore, which is disappointing, but I have always believe that character development works in both directions.
Amazing Conclusion of over 14 Years of Greys Anatomy !

Amazing to see all the former patients to come back to help Meredith in her "trail"
Very emotional Episode as well, i absolutly loved Meredtihs Confrontation to the Doctor who killed Derek ( well killed is exxageretet, he is a doctor, he made a mistake like Meredith, Alex and others did in their Carreer ) ....
Absolut 10 / 10

This episode nostalgically take us into a journey through the whole 15 seasons of Grey's Anatomy. The way they brought all Meredith's patients to testify for her was amazingly and perfectly mastered. Not to forget the flashbacks and the letters wrote by her old friends who no longer on the show: Cristina, Callie, Arizona, April, Addison... what I loved about this episode too is when this an excuse for a "surgeon" got what he deserved..
Very emotional

They ruined Bailey for me

Warning: Spoilers
Over the course of the last few seasons, in my opinion, the character of Miranda Bailey was absolutely butchered. She was an amazing, strong, lovable character even though she was a bit rough on the edges. They made her turn petty and vindictive, and made me hate a character that was once one of my absolute favorites. Her insinuating that she was never close to Meredith, or that Meredith named her kid Bailey for any other reason than to honor her is like a slap in the face. Again, just my opinion.
