Zomba's movie has a custom Hanna-Barbara logo which resembles the Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer logo. Scooby-Doo creators William Hanna and Joseph Barbera had started out as animators at MGM Studios.
The logo is also customized: Scooby-Doo is in the logo, it reads "Ranna-Rarrera" (Hanna-Barbera in Scooby's dialect) and has the logo read "limitus animatus" (which is Latin for "limited animation", which Hanna-Barbera was famous for).

Frank Welker (Fred Jones in other Scooby Doo series) voices the Frankenscoob Monster, who plays Scooby's son. Welker himself would take on the role of Scooby-Doo in What's New, Scooby-Doo? (2002) and other series.
