According to an article (posted below), since two year old Matilda was not left with any money from the late Heath Ledger's old will, Johnny Depp, Jude Law, and Colin Farrell have decided to donate whatever salaries they receive from making this movie to her.Ledger died before being able to complete his role in the film, and rather than scrap his filmed parts and start over from scratch, Depp, Law, and Farrell stepped up to take over from where he left off so his role could remain in the final production of the film.
