Let me begin my review by quoting Ford from season 1 "no, i dont think so, what is the point of it, you hve got a couple of cheap thrills, some surprises but thats not enough. Its not about giving guests what you think they want. Thats simple, titilation, horror, elation.. they are parlor tricks. The guests don't return for the obvious things we do,... they come back for the subtleties.. they comeback because they discover something they imagine no one ever noticed before, something they fall in love with. They are not looking for something that tells them who they are.. they already know who they are.. they are here because they want a glimpse of what they could be. The only thing your story tells me Mr Sizemore is who you are"
The whole Genre experiment is not relevant to the current story that it needs a whole episode. Its just a filler for a short storyline for the season. Or may be its a setup to something on a grander scale but didnt whoa me. The episode does however expose a lot of new things I craved to know about Serac and his anger on Dolores and i look forward to the rest
