- A man is hit in the face with the back of a gun which breaks his nose. Some blood is shown and his nose is bandaged up after this.
- Frequent strong violence. The violence isnt extremly gory, but is very brutal,realistic and intense. Whenever someone is shot a large mist of blood is seen and a graphic bullet wound. They fall and a pool of blood forms around them. The people who are shot go ragdoll so this adds to the realism. Blood is seen graphically smeared on the walls or objects behind people after they are shot. Although no gore is seen, the game is very bloody and brutal.
- If someone is hit by a shotgun blast, the wall behind them becomes caked in blood and alot of blood sprays from the body.
- There're brutal beating for example a man is beaten with a shovel. There's a lot of blood splashes on objects after shootings.
