- An intensive court battle results in a decision which causes pandemonium in both Ewing and Barnes' camps. J.R. and Bobby undertake a vicious custody battle with Cliff for the elusive ten percent of Ewing Oil.
- Pam is moving out of her office at Barnes-Wentworth Oil, and Cliff wants to know how to make it all up to her. She says the only thing he can do is sell her his 10% of Ewing Oil. The Ewing's decide to take legal action against Cliff to prove that Jack maliciously sold his 10% to Jamie for 1 dollar to avoid April's legal right to half. After Jack and April reclaim their 5% each, they will sell it back to Ewing Oil. Miss Scotfield takes the Ewing story to the local press, but the press will not print it until there is solid evidence. Mr. Harrigan of the Navarro Newspaper promises that he will protect the identity of her source, Alfred, if she can provide that proof. They already have a video of JR and BD, but Alfred must go back into the records room for more proof to tell the whole story. Ray goes to Southfork to apologize to Bobby, and it is graciously accepted. However, they still disagree on each others point of view. Sue Ellen meets w/ the Hollywood producer to find a way to get Mandy back to Valentine Lingerie. Jenna feels her baby kick, and Donna's water breaks. Donna has a little baby girl. When she calls Ray to relay the good news Jenna is the only one home, and Donna wishes her the best. The judge rules that Jack did defraud April Stephens.
