Tommy struggles to come to terms with his role at the family firm, and as he thinks back to conversations with his father he becomes convinced that he is meant for something more. Sarah and Joe see a marriage counselor, but talking doesn't seem to help. Chad tells Kevin he has broken up with his girlfriend and wants a real relationship with him. And Kitty is upset by an opinion poll carried out by the Senator's office - because it's about her.
