It is not unusual that there are at least two versions available of Asian movies. First of all there is the uncut version, in this case the Japanese version, and a so-called "International Version" for overseas distribution that has been trimmed for pacing reasons and higher marketability mostly. No surprise though, that the "International Version" of Sukiyaki Western Django is 22 minutes shorter than the original Japanese version. A detailed comparison between both versions witch pictures can be found here.
