WOW! Jennifer Esposito is incredible in this role. I had no idea she could be this funny. Her tics, facial expressions and physical humor are right on. The writers seem to have captured her spirit. I rarely laugh out loud watching TV, but sometimes she is sooooo on the money it's incredible. I was not a big fan of the show immediately, but am now addicted. Jean, Kevin and Cristina are great too. Oh, and love the boss. Way to be the heavy hitter Jen. Congrats!
