• Continuity: During the sex scene at one point you can see Dakota from the back without a bra. Then as she grabs the blanket and sits up you can see that she is wearing a strapless bra. Then later when she is smoking and turns around again you can see that she isn't wearing a bra at all and is holding tightly to the blanket.
  
  
• Boom mic visible: In the scene where Dakota is on the bedroom floor watching the petals fall into the mirror you can see the shadow of a boom mic on the wall behind her revealed in the lightening and quickly pulled out of frame.
  
  
• Audio/visual unsynchronized: When Dakota and Jerrod start having sex, Aubrey's mother can hear Jerrod's heavy groans through the ceiling. But up until they really get into the act, what Susan is hearing doesn't match the shots in the bedroom.
  
  

• Continuity: During one of the stripping scenes, Dakota's high-heel shoes change to black thigh-high boots.
  
  
• Continuity: When Aubrey pulls into her driveway just after the autopsy scene, the gardener's tattoo isn't visible as he removes his shirt. In the next shot with his shirt off, it's on his right pec.
  
  
• Continuity: Dakota wears mostly red clothing even when she's staying at Aubrey's house. Aubrey will most likely do not possess any red clothing and the Flemmings wouldn't have the time to buy them for Dakota, so where did Dakota gets her red clothes?
