I really enjoyed this second part more than the first.
I love the idea of Spawn hiding in the back alleys with the homeless characters; damned by society as he is damned by his actions.
We get more insight into the deal with the senator and his child-killer son. Gives some context to the first part. Also we learn the Spawn's ex Wanda is involved in the case. I like how these separate elements are bring Brought together.
The transformation of the clown escort into the vile telepathic creature from hell is remarkable and disturbing. It also drives home the fact that Spawn is expected to be a lap Dog for hell, and that insubordination or insolence Won't be tolerated.
The first part had me intrigued but this second part has me hooked. I'm loving it.
