- An extremely well-endowed woman (Mrs. Brooks) sunbathes topless. The same woman appears topless in a leather S&M outfit later in the movie. She crawls on top of Dr. K. A woman says she just had a Boob Job, and invites a man to touch them. Kathy and Trey make out, his hands on her clothed breasts. Some sexual dialog.

- A deranged man is shown eating a live cat. The man later attacks another man and bites him in the neck (lot's of blood). A third man then shoots and kills the deranged man. A doctor "operates" on a woman; blood splatters. Several guys are punched by another guy. A big needle stuck in a person's neck. A person killed with a mallet to the head. A person killed and brains eaten. A person is shot. Dead bodies seen covered with blood.

- A man is hit by a car. A woman is strapped to a gurney and a doctor performs a surgical procedure on her while she is still conscious. Plenty of screaming. A creature with a grossly distorted face.
