Bryan guzzles a bottle of vodka after an ice bath, but drops the bottle as he slips. The glass hits his hand, with a pool of blood surrounding it.

Peter kidnaps a boy, and duct taps his mouth and arms.

Bryan takes a woman, begins to kiss her, but in a fit of depression and rage, grabs her throat and punches her in the face.

Graham, disillusioned as he wakes up after an implied threesome, hears gunshots from outside.

Jackson saves a kidnapped boy from the mob, by letting the boy free, then cutting his own hand and smearing blood on the wall(so they'll think the boy is dead).

Laura uses prescription pills as a way to ease pain, guzzling them with alcohol in one instance. Tim smokes joints in at least 2 scenes. Tim, in addition to various extras and minor characters are seen smoking pot and snorting cocaine during the party scene at the beginning.

The relentless hedonism may be disturbing for people who have lost loved ones or friends because of that lifestyle, and the kidnapping subplot is also very intense.
