Daniel Pearl(Dan Futterman) and Mariane Pearl(Angelina Jolie) are two successful American couple reporter, accommodated with Asra Q. Nomani(Archie Panjabi) in Karachi(Pakistan). Danie contacted Sheikh Gilani(a jehadi) to conduct an interview, and gets abducted.
