  • Crew or equipment visible: At 1:06:30, Jack Bauer leads the children into a forest. As he's yelling "take cover!", a cameraman and support crew are very visible for several seconds in the left part of the frame, and near the end of the shot the visible cameraman even turns to the other (point-of-view) camera.

  • Continuity: Two marines are shown taking down the American flag before being evacuated. However, when the last helicopter is leaving, the flag is seen flying at the embassy.

  • Revealing mistakes: When Jack tips over a wheel barrow full of bags, he asks Willie to help him reload the barrow. Jack, using two hands to lift each bag, struggles while the boy easily lifts them up with just one hand and no help from Jack.

  • Crew or equipment visible: During the attack on the school Jack runs around a building and his jacket rides up and you can see his wireless microphone pack in the small of his back.

  • Continuity: When Roger Taylor is on the phone with his friend Chris, the split screen of Roger and Samantha Roth shows Roger glancing at Sam over his right shoulder in one box, but over his left in the other.

  • Errors made by characters (possibly deliberate errors by the filmmakers): When Allison Taylor arrives at the White House, a Secret Service agent greets her as "Madam President." Since she hasn't been sworn in yet, he would know to address her as "Madam President-elect."
