Blitzwing is shown flying, yet at the time he is supposed to be elsewhere. In fact, he is headed toward himself!
Blitzwing destroys the Autobots Prowl, Skids, Bluestreak and Tracks. Yet later they are shown with less or no damage at all, and can be easily repaired. It should be mentioned that later it will be shown that even smaller laser shots can be fatal to Autobots, but here, they survive even being blown to pieces.
Starscream's eyes are colored blue instead of red in one shot. One of his Decepticon signs also vanishes for a while.
Blitzwing's head is purple instead of yellow as the transforms after hitting the scoreboard.
Astrotrain rather flagrantly changes from all-purple to all-gray as he transforms.
Astrotrain reads the temperature in the trap room as "470 degrees below zero", but actual absolute zero is only 459 below zero.
The water main is built so low in the tunnel that even trains could hit it. This alone defies reality, not to mention the flood it causes when it gets damaged. The water reaches up to the upper levels of multi-story buildings within minutes, which of course would be utterly impossible.
When Blitzwing plows through the goal at the football stadium, the debris left behind vanishes in the next frame.
When Astrotrain wrests down a computer component to start work on his train army, the component vanishes as he rips out the engine. For a brief moment afterwards, it appears as if Astrotrain picks up thin air with his hands.
As the train backs up to bump into the pipe again, the glow effects of its headlights are floating in front of the headlights themselves.
The Decepticons fire lasers onto rocks to sculpt Megatron's face. Yet the aren't even moving their arms, and the sculpture appears out of nowhere after several shots of the undamaged rock.
When the coach Blitzwing captured is yelling to him, Blitzwing's mouth moves instead of the coach's.
Thrust is shown during Thundercracker's "Leader?! How do you figure that?" line.
In a similar case to the one described above, when Astrotrain takes over a train station, only the conductor is shown fleeing. Everyone else continues to stand there as if nothing happened, despite the conductor yelling at them to run.
Astrotrain claims he has a score to settle with Blitzwing. It is unclear what this is, since they have never competed in any other episodes.
