• [after scaring off the archaeologists, the Decepticons cut a hole in the spaceship hull, revealing small shining crystal - the "Heart of Cybertron"] 

  Megatron : After millions of years, it's mine! Hook, your cyber-forceps.

  [Hook gives Megatron his cyber-forceps. Megatron uses them to remove the Heart] 

  Megatron : The Heart of Cybertron! This tiny energy maximizer powered our ship all the way from Cybertron to this miserable planet.

  [Megatron places the Heart in Hook's palm] 

  Hook : And what will you do with it now?

  Megatron : Implant it inside me.

  [Megatron lies on the ground, opening his chest-lid. Hook implants the Heart inside Megatron's chest] 

  Hook : [closing Megatron's chest-lid]  It is done, Megatron.

  Megatron : I know...

  [Megatron rises on his feet] 

  Megatron : ...for already the power courses through my circuits!

  Optimus Prime : You'll need every bit of it, Megatron! Autobots, attack!

  [using his new power, Megatron shoots beams of energy from his fingers, hitting Optimus Prime. Optimus Prime collapses, smoke rises from his chest] 

  Ratchet : Prime!

  Megatron : Come on, Autobots! Follow your leader's orders and attack!

  [Megatron shoots at the Autobots more energy beams] 

• [after being defeated by Megatron, the Autobots return to their base, most of them severely damaged. Perceptor and Sparkplug are shocked to see them] 

  Brawn : [pointing angrily at Perceptor]  Funny. You don't have a scratch on you...

  Optimus Prime : Brawn, lay off Perceptor! If I hear one more word against him, you'll answer to me.

• Brawn : Do you have any better ideas, or is your intelligence as fleeting as your courage?

  Perceptor : As a matter of fact, I do: get inside Megatron and disconnect the heart of Cybertron.

  Brawn : Are you defective? How're we gonna do that?

  Perceptor : Simple: we use my trans-mat reduction beam to shrink down to microscopic size. Then, we crawl into Megatron and rip the blasted heart out!

  Optimus Prime : What do you think of his intelligence now, Brawn?

  Brawn : [reluctantly]  Uh, I reserve judgment.

  Optimus Prime : You and Bumblebee go with him. Powerglide, can you fly?

  Perceptor : Like a bird!

  [Perceptor, Bumblebee and Brawn stand under the reduction beam] 

  Perceptor : Now we'll show Megatron that bad things come in small packages!

  [Perceptor activates the beam. The beam reduces the three of them to microscopic size] 

• [as Megatron continues firing at the force-field, it is finally destroyed, leaving Optimus Prime, Ratchet and Wheeljack at the mercy of Megatron] 

  Ratchet : The force field is down!

  [Megatron ceases fire in order to savour his moment of victory - and that proves to be his undoing. Now that the stream of brain impulses stopped for a moment, at last Perceptor can reach the last wire] 

  Perceptor : Ohh! Got to... disconnect it!

  [Perceptor grabs the last wire, preparing to rip it. Unaware of what is happening inside him, Megatron is overconfident of his seemingly imminent victory] 

  Megatron : It's all over, Prime!

  Optimus Prime : Not until every Autobot program is erased, Megatron!

  Megatron : You're finished! Ehh!

  [Megatron raises his hands... but no fire bolts are shot from his fingers] 

  Megatron : What?

  Ratchet : Perceptor did it!

• [the microbots are running back to the gap at Megatron's shoulder, Brawn carries the Heart of Cybertron. They grow bigger in size with each step] 

  Bumblebee : [pants]  Is it my imagination, or is this tunnel getting tighter?

  Perceptor : It's us! We're returning to our normal size. We've got to get out of here!

  Optimus Prime : Now we'll see who's finished!

  [Optimus Prime opens fire at Megatron, hits him severely, striking him down. As Megatron lies down, the three Autobots coming out of his body, returning to their normal size while stepping on Megatron's body. Megatron recovers in time to see Bumblebee stepping on him] 

  Bumblebee : Uh... excuse us!

  Megatron : [standing on his feet, furious at his failure]  You... filthy retro-rats! Uhhh!

  [Megatron flies away] 

  Wheeljack : He's getting away! Stop him!

  Perceptor : No! Wait! We've got the Heart of Cybertron!

  Brawn : But it's destabilizing! It could explode at any second!

• [last lines] 

  [Brawn throws the Heart of Cybertron with all his might to deep space] 

  Optimus Prime : Track it, Perceptor!

  Perceptor : I'm on it!

  [Perceptor transforms into telescope] 

  Perceptor : One thousand miles... fifteen-hundred miles... two thousand miles!

  [as the Heart is far enough from Earth, Perceptor shoots at it, striking his target. The explosion fills the sky with bright light rays. Everyone realizes what disaster could have happened if the Heart had exploded on Earth] 

  Optimus Prime : Sharp shooting, Perceptor.

  [Perceptor transforms back into robot] 

  Ratchet : [places his hand on Bumblebee's shoulder]  Do you realize that we just saved Megatron's life?

  Brawn : Somebody saved *all* our lives!

  Optimus Prime : Who, Brawn?

  Brawn : [places his hand on Perceptor's shoulder]  Ask my buddy here about it, and ask him polite, because anyone who doesn't think he's a hero - is gonna have to answer to me!

  [Brawn pats amiably on Perceptor's chest]
