- [Spike and Carly are at a rock concert, and brought Blaster along]
- Carly: Great sounds!
- Blaster: Yeah! Music, the universal language!
- Spike Witwicky: Awesome! Too bad the other Autobots aren't here to enjoy it.
- Blaster: They don't gotta be! I'll send 'em the beat with hi-fi heat!
- [Blaster transmits the concert to the Autobot base]
- Optimus Prime: My audio receptors! What is that noise?
- Hoist: Humans call it 'music'.
- Sparkplug Witwicky: Not this human!
- Jazz: [dances] Sounds all right to me!
- Ironhide: Where did the call originate?
- Optimus Prime: I don't know! All I can hear is that blasted Blaster!
- Professor Haley: The Earth is but a speck on the arm of the Universe. There must be intelligent life out there, waiting as we are to be contacted. My Voltronic Galaxer will scramble my words into pulsations, enabling alien life to translate them to their own language. To whom it may concern: I, Professor Hayley, on behalf of my fellow scientists and the planet Earth, invite you to join with us in the spirit of friendship!
- Megatron: [appears] We appreciate your hospitality, Professor!
- Professor Haley: Response! Uh, where are you? In another galaxy?
- Megatron: [laughs] Much closer than that!
- Megatron: Earthlings, I will return your airwaves to you for a price! Listen carefully: In exchange for your airwaves, I want ALL of your energy reserves! I want your coal, your oil, your gas, electricity, all of it! And then, ONLY then, will I return your airwaves to you!
- [last lines]
- Blaster: Say, Prime, what do you say we turn this place into Radio Moon, with a loony lunar line-up of hip hits?
- Cosmos: Yeah! Give me some company out here!
- Blaster: Hey, how 'bout it, Prime? I did save the day.
- Optimus Prime: Yes, Blaster, but remember: Your volume, like any capability, is also a responsibility. You must decide when is the right time and the wrong time to use it.
- [Blaster plays rock music]
- Optimus Prime: Blaster!
- Blaster: Heh heh! Hey, Prime, dig the decibels!
- Powerglide: [sees a plane stuck in mid-air] Follow me, pal, I'll bring ya in safely without a radio!
