After Bruticus is blown to pieces, Swindle comes out of the junk pile from beneath yellow board, although the only yellow part of Bruticus is Swindle himself.
What Optimus Prime said "Only Defensor can stand against Bruticus" - is not true: Omega Supreme and Superion could fight Bruticus as well. Superion defeated Bruticus in Aerial Assault (1985).
When picking up the distress signal from the school, Gears says "It's coming from a one-level brick structure". But when the Autobots arrive at the school, it's clearly a two-story building.
The Transformers are drawn so small in this episode, they fit neatly through human-sized doors and walk on human staircases. A couple of them are fairly small, that is true, but even such huge Autobots as Ironhide appear to have shrunken.
Swindle gets ahead of the Autobots, even though this would be impossible, since they were all running down a staircase, where he would have had no chance of getting past them. It is not implied that he used a different route.
Instead of spraying CO2 on the burning building, Groove uses liquid nitrogen to put the fire out. In reality, doing so would cause mass explosion and endanger the people caught in the building.
Although according to Bumblebee the condemned building has at least thirty floors, there are only twelve indicator lights above the elevator doors.
All of the five Combaticons are shown driving on the same street in a single line, besides one another. This would be wholly impossible - no city street can be that wide to have room for all these giant vehicles. What more, they appear to be drawn immensely tiny, in comparison to their surroundings.
Roland's mouth moves when Martin says, "Aw, come on."
Hot Spot's guns use the Decepticon laser sound effect instead of the correct Autobot one.
The way the orbit disruptor cannon is built makes no sense: it has human-height control panel and large switch marked with huge letters "OVER LOAD", conveniently enabling BOT to operate the cannon against the Decepticons and destroy it.
Megatron's insistence that Bruticus will fire the orbit disruptor cannon does not make sense: if there was need for Decepticon combiner, Megatron could use either Devastator or Menasor, who are more reliable than Bruticus. As things turned to be, even small primitive robot like BOT could operate the cannon effectively - so there was no real need for Bruticus or any of the combiners. Thus Megatron or any of the other Decepticons could fire the cannon as well.
Related to the error about the Combaticons driving on the street, even two two fliers, Vortex (a chopper) and Blast-Off (a space shuttle) are shown driving on the ground, instead of flying.
