He actually is helping Bruce find a cure...His cure leads to Blonsky becoming the ugly beast...The Leader doesn't appear. Tim Blake Nelson and Edward Norton have suggested that the character may have a larger role in a sequel. It was recently announced that he would be the focus of the planned sequel.

It would seem that the appropriate term to apply to this movie is "recast sequel" early trailers indicate that the movie incorporates events from the 2003 film (the trailers show Bruce Banner on the run from the US government and indicate that he has been on the run for quite some time) but uses a completely different cast of actors to play the characters returning from the first film while bringing in other actors to play new characters that weren't in the previous movie.

This was my speculation until reading this bit on wikipedia:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Incredible_Hulk_(film)

["After the 2003 film Hulk, Marvel Studios reacquired the rights to the character, and writer Zak Penn began work on a loose sequel that would be closer to the comics and the television series. Norton rewrote the script after he signed on to star, severing ties to its predecessor by retelling the origin story in flashbacks and revelations. Filming mostly took place in Toronto, Canada in 2007, and the film's crew went to great lengths to reduce the production's carbon emissions. Letterier's direction aimed to make the monsters look more realistic and frightening. He redesigned the Abomination, who in the comics is a reptilian KGB agent, into a mutant soldier with bony protrusions."]

So it seems that this movie is a "reboot" of the hulk franchise altogether.

Because he cameos in The Incredible Hulk. Marvel have gained the rights back to Iron Man, Hulk, Captain America, Thor and Ant-Man. All these characters were the classic line up of the super team The Avengers. Marvel wants to make the individual movies (referencing each other/establishing that these characters all live in the same world), then cross them over into a multi-character super-hero epic.

PG-13 for sequences of intense sci-fi action violence, some frightening sci-fi images, and brief suggative content, This just came in today.

No, Wolverine will not make an appearance. The film right to the character Wolverine is owned by Fox.

Iron Man and Incredible Hulk are both being made by the same production company (Marvel Studios).

In the trailer he seemed a little shorter because in the first film measured by a regular person went up to his waist but in the trailer a person measured up to his chest. Though (like in Hulk 2003) he may get bigger and stronger the more angry he gets.

Answer to the answer above this...

The Hulk will come pre-shrunk. Unlike in the 2003 movie, hell be a consistent height and that will be well under ten feet. You can read more about the Incredible Hulk (2008) here. Warning, it's a spoiler page.
