Mulder and Scully park in a car outside of the Manly's home. When Vincent looks at them through the blinds, he looks at Scully who is on the passenger side. In the next shot, Scully and Mulder are looking out Mulder's driver side of the car as they watch the house.
At 41:30, Mulder and Scully are shown from the front driving down the road with both sun visors clearly pulled down, shading their faces. Suddenly Mulder pulls to the side of the road, and from the rear, only Scully's visor is down. She asks what he is doing as he exits the car, opens her door to follow without touching anything else, and from the front, now her visor is up as well.
Towards the end, as Mulder and Scully are traveling by car, the rear of the car is shown with a Florida license plate. At that time, the standard Florida plates had the county name at the bottom. The plate shown had no county.
Manley is executed for being an accomplice to a murder around eleven years before (circa 1984) in a botched robbery, however, in 1982 the Supreme Court ruled that accomplices cannot be executed if there was no intent to kill the victim on the convicted's part.
When Mulder and Scully are walking into the executioner's house, in the room to right of the main door, you can see a person sitting and going through papers.
