During the chase and before Hooker decided to back off, the police car is close and far away from the truck depending on the camera perspective: the view from the police car shows it is very close, yet the longer shot showing the truck approaching shows no police car in view.
During the electronics warehouse heist, the robbers approach the front door where there is a sign stating they have to use the buzzer to be let in since the door is locked at all times. The thieves do this and someone comes to the door, opens it for them and they go in. When Hooker approaches the door minutes later he doesn't use the buzzer. He simply grabs the handle of the door, opens it and walks in.
Romano says he entered the service at age 16 with a forged birth certificate. However, Adrian Zmed's 18th birthday was March 14, 1972 when the war was still raging, so he could have joined with his real birth certificate.
The liquor store robbery comes in as a 211 silent. Hooker and Romano respond with the siren going the entire time until they arrive. Proper police procedure is to cut off the siren prior to approaching the store. The reason for this is obvious, as in the program the siren alerted the criminals about the approaching police and gave them a chance to flee. This error is repeated at the electronics warehouse.
At the electronics warehouse, the lookouts are spotted and the police car pursues them using the siren. The thieves inside do not react to this, yet when Hooker and Romano arrive also using a siren, one states the police have arrived so they flee.
