Back in the day!

Warning: Spoilers
Back in the day! I would watch re runs of Streets on the Detroit feed during late night. Being un employed with insomnia Streets was the only good show on cable, before the dawn of the internet. Well my sisters boyfriend Blake would joke and call the series the Lakes of San Francisco! All that is besides the point, as I passively watched The Unicorn! The Unicorn had it all character wise! A tough Priest who cares. A bad contraband deal with a dead cop! A man on the run. The mob. Just like all cop shows a good mix of characters. A fast pace story. The Stone and Keller character back and forth makes for an entertaining episode. Exciting to watch, but don't watch late if your suffering insomnia like I did or The Unicorn will keep you up! 7 stars.

Venom

Warning: Spoilers
Abel, a robber is involved in bizarre heist where a cop is killed.

A good episode, many familiar faces in the guest cast. Mitchell Ryan (he was in Magnum Force the same year) is Abel. Richard Egan (A Summer Place) plays a priest who tries to help him when he is wounded. The heist at first is said to be cobra venom according to a doctor (Charles Aidman). It turns out the venom is really heroin and the doctor owes money to gangsters. The actors keep things interesting. Karl Malden once played a waterfront priest in On The Waterfront, he also played a cop investigating a priest in I Confess.
