When Paul meets with the banker, the banker tells him to "put his John Henry" on the contract, as he's asking him to sign the loan paperwork. He should have said "put his John Hancock" on the paperwork. John Hancock is typically used as slang when someone is signing paperwork, and is in homage to John Hancock, the president of the Continental Congress, and first signer of the Declaration of Independence, who signed his signature four times the size of everyone else because he wanted "King George to be able to read it in England." John Henry refers to a mythological railroad worker who won a contest against a steam-driven rail spike. But, died with his hammer in his hand after his heart gave out.
(Incorrectly regarded as a goof: Saying John Henry instead of Hancock is actually a dry joke. This bit has been used in other QM Productions shows as well.)
Some footage of the fires and fire trucks is older film that appears to be from the 1960s.
When the porno warehouse is torched there are some stacks of magazines but it looks like most is just bundles of newspapers.
In car-chase Jason loses control of the car and it rolls over: same footage as in TSOSF ''The Takers'', Arthur Lavery and police-chase.
Just as the arsonist's car leaves the road to go into the ditch during the chase two suspending cables can be seen breaking away from the car.
When the car is down in the ditch in flames, 2 hoses can be seen going down the embankment leading to the back of the car. They may be gas lines to fuel the flames.
