Any evidence that S&H might obtain from the illegal search of Lola's bail bonds office would be inadmissible in a court of law because they did not have a warrant to search the premises. They just came and busted in and started rifling through the drawers looking for evidence without permission.
Despite what S&H say, the bail bondsman is not responsible for putting the "jerry" back on the street to kill a cop. It is the person who sets the suspects bail. The suspect has not yet been to trial and thus has not been convicted of the crime.
