- The team believe they are undergoing an Extreme Emergency Response Initiative Exercise, a practise run for a national emergency - until evidence indicates that the threat of a VX nerve gas attack in Parliament Square is real.

- MI-5 headquarters is locked down tight when a major incident is declared. The team believes it's yet another drill but begin to wonder if it might all be true. Soon, communications systems begin to shut down but they do raise a news broadcast that says a dirty bomb has been exploded in the area of Parliament. MI-5's job is to try and identify the perpetrators of the attack. Zoe meanwhile still hasn't got over having to break up with her Swiss banker boyfriend. Tom is having girlfriend problems when he tells Vicki Westbrook that going on a holiday to Egypt, which she's already booked, is out of the question.—garykmcd
