Before Officer Barbrady learns how to read, letters get mixed up and confuse him. In one scene, the STOP sign changes into "Mung Chung Ee" which is Korean for "stupid".

Goofs:

Factual errors: Possibly an intentional goof: Officer Barbrady admits that he is "illegitimate" (born out of wedlock), when he should have said "illiterate" (unable to read). It may have been an example of Barbrady's stupidity rather than an actual goof.
