Quinn's shirt is drenched a few times. The level of dampness it has afterwards fluctuates inconsistently in different shots.
Rembrandt looks down into a jail holding the Sliders. Depending on the angle, his foot may be resting on a grate or off it.
When Quinn, Wade and Maggie are captured by Rickman and the Slaves and placed into pens, Maggie is on the right side next to a boulder and Quinn and Wade are placed in a cage to the left. When Rembrandt frees them from the cage the entire scene is reversed, then it returns to it's original layout when Rickman returns to find the pens empty.
When Rembrandt is attacked in the jungle by one of the creatures and Maggie and Wade whack it with long wide "sticks" to drive it off, they are clearly made of rubber and bend as the strikes are delivered.
Near the end of the episode, Quinn shows his timer and there's fifteen hours remaining on it. There should really be only a few minutes left on the countdown.
When Rickman morphs his victim, the morphing animation is not up to par. The trees in the background shift with the transformation, Rickman's hand disappears and some of their physical features are slightly misaligned.
Obvious green screen usage behind Quinn and Maggie in the final scene. It's most noticeable around Maggie's arms.
There's a hair on the lens at the bottom of the screen during a few scenes. This occurs when the Sliders first enter the lab and when Daniel talks to Rembrandt after letting him into the compound for the second time.
At the opening, the sliders are dropped straight into the ocean, thereby completely drenching them & all they carry.
As the timer device is electronic, it would have been rendered inoperable by such drenching. Yet Quinn asserts - "Nothing a little sun won't cure, 26 hours & change".
Such an event would be a disaster for the sliders, as their ability to slide would have been destroyed. You'd think they would have come up with a defence for this by now, like carrying the timer inside a sealed plastic bag during slides.

Quinn has a machine gun and is able to fire it to kill the cyborgs that are attacking them but his gun never has a magazine in it and is clearly shown to be empty the whole episode.
