This was Fred Berry's last TV credit. He passed away 6 months after this episode aired.
When J.D. (Zach Braff) is talking to Elliot (Sarah Chalke) about not showing up at his apartment "drunk, naked and crying," the side of her drink reads "Naked."
The bottle that Eliot is drinking from in the cafeteria scene where J.D. admits she was right about Jamie is a bottle of Naked Juice, marketed as a healthy, all natural fruit juice brand. (About a decade after this episode was shot they faced lawsuits over the legitimacy of their claims.) Aside from the connection with J.D.'s comment, it would make sense that a hospital would be serving it, assuming it to be a healthier alternative to soft drinks. The label shown here is an older version, as it was redesigned in 2005. While the label faces the camera for most shots of Eliot once she sets it down, it is turned 90 degrees in one shot. At the beginning of the scene, a bottle can also be seen on Carla's tray - the Naked label is faced almost 90 degrees from the camera, but the end can be made out on the left side of the bottle.
