Major Hillhurst works for NIA, the National Intelligence Agency. NIA was a real autonomous sub-organization of CIA but was made simply a part of CIA in 1992.
Major Hillhurst is seen having several agents under his command: male and female, black, white and Asian, but only two are listed in the end credits: Anthony Grieco as Agent #1 ("It's just a bunch of Indians.") and Karl Campbell as Agent #2 (the black agent in the cave saying that back-up is on the way). Other agents have no lines. Ironically, the last agent seen, the one driving the car who's barely glimpsed passenger agent makes the comment about Indians, is none other than Matt Bomer, later to become best known as Bryce Larkin in Chuck (2007) and Neal Caffrey in White Collar (2009).
