The social issues of he day involve a person's rights after being declared legally dead but carrying a baby, and a dentist who is HIV positive continuing his practice. The former has a husband and a mother battling over whether to pull the plug. The latter hasn't informed his patients. As usual, Jimmy becomes explosive and Jill confronts him. Meanwhile, Kenny continues to get it on with twins which bugs the mayor.
