Sandy and Matt's hospital project hits a roadblock. Kirsten and Julie run into troubles of their own with their matchmaking business. Marissa confesses her feelings to Johnny. Summer finds out about what Seth has been doing behind her back.
Frankly, I'm impress Kaitlin didn't even try to hit on Ryan. I'm not sure what her type is, but she seems like the sort of girl who can get attracted by Ryan.
How can Marissa say to her sister "But now I just can't wait for you to leave." ? Even though Kaitlin is fifteen, she is still unstable. She gets many things, she is really smart, but she is still building that image about the world. What I am trying to say is that she is still a child and Marissa is basically acting like how some 20 something friend is in town and she has another business to attend to. She's the big sister, Kaitling just wanted to be home. Marissa is so selfish sometimes, specially when it comes to people making her realize about her true feelings and her mistakes.
The last scene of the episode was one of the saddest in the show. Johnny's end was so sudden and unfair. No matter who they blame, Marissa is the one responsible. She should have stayed away from Johnny since Summer and Casie told her that he's starting to fall for her. Everything is so predictable, but I guess Marissa doesn't truest anyone or anything, specially not instincts.
