Kind of Nice

This is an episode where people start to grow. Since it's the last season, they aren't going to show us much of the future. The new doctor and his wife throw a dinner party, expecting 12 and half the village shows up. There is not enough food, but it all works out. An elderly couple who came with Marilyn are unable to return to their village because of a storm, so they stay over. They do nothing but take the doctor and wife back to a quieter time. Maggie has been having visions of Joel dying, so on his birthday she has Holling make a cake and heads up to see him. It is a mind blower for her when she sees what he has become. And Ed has an encounter with a computer which has been terrifying him for a long time. A nice little episode--very human..
