The character Rolf Hauser, at approximately 16'10", when Maurice and he are sitting in the Brick, he mispronounces the word "Wasser". Rolf takes a drink of the beer and says it "tastes like Wasser". He pronounces it with an English W. In German, one pronounces the letter "W" like an English "V". A German would never do this.
