Murphy Brown, marriage counselor.

Warning: Spoilers
Those who can't write or act critique, and those who can't be in a successful relationship advise. It's obvious that Corky and Will are having some marital problems, and at Murphy's suggestion, Corky decides to throw a dinner party. Everything that can go wrong does go wrong, with Will forgetting to take the roast out of the freezer before putting it in the oven and Jim and Doris discovering that their wedding gift, a silver fruit bowl, is being used as a cat food dish. Corky begins to question her marriage all the more since Will isn't working and her career takes up too many hours. This does ask some valid questions of how a marriage of this sort based on two separate lives can become one, and between Murphy and Eldon, Corky does get the advice from the perspective of two different genders. Surprisingly, Eldon's is quite profound which shows the wisdom of creator Diane English in presenting a fair and understanding viewpoint. If more feminists spoke or wrote with her humanitarianism, we could get along with more compassion and understanding, and from a male viewer's perspective, that makes this show all the better and at the tops in tolerability.
