Subtle jokes about the results of the election (obviously written before) are among the highlights of this episode which has Murphy said to go to Paris on her first overseas interview since giving birth, and she becomes concerned when her still unnamed baby boy comes down with an ear infection. Motherhood versus career becomes a concern, and it's during this time that she finally makes a decision about the baby's name. A picture of the late Colleen Dewhurst as Avery helps her make that decision which is a really touching moment. Loren Freeman is very funny as the show tune singing secretary, and Liz Torres amusing as the nanny who quits to go work for Maria Shriver. It's obvious with this episode that motherhood is really changing Murphy as she feels responsible for someone else other than just getting a story done.
