When Mac is talking to Herb Simpson at Simpson's house, behind the bar, Simpson's holding his drink in his left hand as he exits the bar. At a different angle as they are coming out from behind the bar, Simpson holds his drink in his right hand.
The private agency's file room has an electric eye guarding it. Enright is told that if it's beam is broken an alarm will sound. To disable the electric eye, a key Is used to unlock a panel covering it's switch. There is a hole for the electric eye to function. But the very act of opening this covering causes the electric eye beam to be broken by the covering around the electric eye hole. Yet every time this covering is opened (and therefore the electric eye beam is broken), the alarm should sound, but does not.
The turning of the key disables the alarm. No manufacturer would design an alarm system that can't open without the alarm sounding.

After Enright photographs the files in the vault room, Shaw is shown watching the film of Enright's activities. Shaw's film is the same POV that we the audience see watching the show, but the secret camera was set up behind Enright, so the POV on Shaw's film should be from a different direction.
When Mac and the detective investigate Jerry Herschel's (Ned Wilson) house, the front door lock does not have a key lock on the outside. It has the same slide or bar as on the inside.
When Enright is knocked unconscious, he is taken to a car outside of the motel room. As Enright is supposed to be unconscious, his feet should be dragging as he is "carried" to the car. But Enright is clearly assisting his assailants by walking as he leans on them.
