When Parker comes in and tells McHale about the gang making a wedding cake, McHale is sitting in a chair reading a magazine. He has one had on the book and the pages are open. When the camera changes, McHale now has two hands on the magazine and the pages folded back.

Molly is making adjustments to the wedding dress modeled by Tinker. When he turns around "U.S. Air Force" appears on the back (apparently because the dress was made from a parachute). The U.S. Air Force did not become a separate military organization until 1947. During WWII it was part of the U.S. Army and called the "Army Air Forces".
