In the opening scene in the Andes Mountains, an U.N.C.L.E. agent stops near the top and takes refuge under an overhanging rock that creates a natural alcove, as he uses his radio to report his status. When a helicopter circles above him, its camera's point of view shows him sitting in the open field atop the overhanging rock. A second later, after a rocket is launched from the helicopter, the next camera angle shows the agent back at the alcove below the overhanging rock.
The agent on the mountainside says "I'm in trouble. They're coming at me". But when Waverly plays back the dead agent's last message, it's now "I'm in trouble. They've seen me. They're coming at me".
As the helicopter lands where Marion Raven is being held captive, a canoe behind the chopper is traveling to the left. Seconds later, as the helicopter sets down, the canoe is now moving to the right.
Solo mispronounces the word "Giuoco", which is correctly pronounced as "dzu-wah-ko"; Solo pronounces it as "jzhwee-ock-oh".
While speaking with his archenemy Gervaise Ravel, Solo mispronounces the word "Giuoco" ["dzu-wah-ko"] as Giacco, and describes the chess move incorrectly, stating he was "tempting the queen to rashly move out to 'knight-three'", an impossible move. He should have said "Bishop-three" or "Knight-four".
After Buffington kills the U.N.C.L.E. agent he begins a conversation with Ravel. It's hard to imagine her hearing what he has to say given the fact that Ravel is wearing a head-set designed to protect her ears from the loud helicopter noise.
