When Kuryakin and Anna Paola are pinned by the gunfire, Kuryakin tries to reach the gun by the dead agent. The placement of the gun changes position depending on the shot. Originally the gun was just beyond the reach of the dead man on the grass, but in the closeup the gun is now on dirt and the dead man's hand is nowhere in sight.
The sign on the school entrance reads "Ecole Figliano", but the sign on the school car reads "E Cole Figliano".
Mother Fear lectures the boys as they watch Solo being surrounded by a group of children, including some that are in the class; meaning they are in two places at the same time.
Jenks tells Solo "This is our train room". You can see Jenks' reflection in the glass, but his lips are not moving.
The "Swiss" U.N.C.L.E. headquarters office still has New York buildings visible out the windows, showing that it's a simple redress of Mr. Waverly's New York office set. (As with most of the U.N.C.L.E. offices "around the world.")
At the beginning when they are supposed to be driving near the Swiss-Italian border, they are driving on the very same road where they were kidnapped at the beginning of "The Virtue Affair".
When Solo cuts the rope to drop the netting onto the stage the reaction shot of Mr. Waverly is printed backwards. This is noticeable since his hair is parted the opposite way he wears it.
The Chrysler sedan being used had California plates.
And for the second episode in a row the Mercedes convertible Illya is driving is doctored. This one has no windshield throughout the entire scene. The car is driven at a modest clip ,on a dirt road no less and we see shots of our agents from front to rear, rear to front and as the car passes. Even when the car stops. No windshield.
The episode starts with Napoleon and Illya driving along a road supposedly in Switzerland. The road is lined with eucalyptus trees, common in Southern California, but not so in Switzerland.
