'I have the bed, if you have the time.' We're going to Hong Kong. Again. You know these double-length travel episodes are never my favorite. Lately they've been spending the first part of the episode on board the ship, which at least cuts down on the travel footage, where a little goes a long way. (Who doesn't want to see Gene Kelly shop for bird cages on the streets of Hong Kong?) Brenda is a champion shopper. Her husband Herb is long-suffering. He makes a bet with her that she won't buy a thing. It's hard to pity the problems of the rich. Vicki has a crush. Captain Stubing asks Julie to look after her. Julie is falling for the boy's brother. What happens when Vicki falls for Julie's guy? Gene Kelly is an ex-spy. An ugly man follows him on the ship. Donna Reed romances a Senator. Stay away, Donna. None of them are any good. See you for part two, promising more wacky spy hijinx and aborted spending attempts.
